Return/Exchange
Orders Disclaimer:
- Once Orders are dispatched you get 3 attempts to receive your order so make sure to answer the courier to receive your item on time.
Exchange:
-Clothing purchased from Doxx can be exchanged for another size or color online as long as the garment is in perfect condition and we have stock in store.
-The maximum exchange period is 10 days after confirmation of delivery and for each exchange you will be charged 70egp delivery fees.
-If you wish to exchange for the same product but different size/color you will need to fill out the exchange form .Kindly give it up to 5-7 business days for the process to be completed. You will receive an SMS once your order is dispatched .
Return:
-Items should be Unworn, Unwashed, with their original tags & packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits for hygienic reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
